Our solvent extraction plant design is known for efficiency, modern design and a continuous process of up gradation and other sales service at par with international standards.
The plant is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% oil like soyabean after flaking or it extracts oils from prepressed or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil like sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.

Solvent Extraction Plant Design

In order to meet different clients’ requirement, we have a large scope of equipments with capacity from 300kg to 100MT. The oil grade after refined can reach to Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc. There’re two technologies, one is batch, the other is continuous. Normally we adopt batch type when the capacity is less than 20MTPD, otherwise, we adopt semi-continuous or continuous.
We’re keeping on researching new equipment, the equipment we developed has the feature of full automatic, advanced technology and can be combined according to different client’s requirement. The latest refining equipment group consists of many single units and has the heating system itself which save energy without using boiler. This equipment occupies less area and funds, furthermore, it has more functions and can be used to produce Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc.. It’s an ideal equipment for clients.

Solvent Extraction Plant Design Features

1. Circulation system is developed to have better solvent meal contact to have optimum recovery of oil. 2. Better draining time is provided to reduce solvent contains in the extracted meal which will reduce the load on the D.T. 3. Special rinsing and back washing system to keep the band conveyor clean which will provide better percolation and avoid flooding i.e. better extraction. 4. Special fines separation system is provided to reduce fines in the final miscella which ultimately help to reduce load on the distillation system and will give solvent free oil with minimum fines and sludge. 5. Specially designed condensation and recovery system help in maximum heat utilization and reduce load on condensation, which ultimately reduce solvent loss. 6. New vent vapour recovery system help in better recovery of solvent from vent vapours. 7. Provision of special cooling system to help to produce final oil at 10-15°C above the ambient temperature, which will prevent oxidation and colour fixation of the oil.
