Neutralizing: The crude oil which stored temporarily in crude oil tank is pumped into the neutralizing tank by the oil pump. The oil is mixed with lye in the mixer and neutralized in the neutralizing tank, free fatty acid has been neutralized or saponified to be soapstock.
