Instructions:
6FTS-9A, 12A, 9B and 12B 、15A are newly developed single machines basing on 6FTS-7A and 7B.This series items are made up of cleaning part and milling part. The material cleaning is effected with a set of component cleaning machine and the materials are conveyed by air totally. And the milling part contains a high speed roller mill, extractor, blower, airlock and pipes.It is with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, steady capacity and easy operation.
Characteristics: 1. In a very simple way, the feeding is effected automatically and the continuous milling is realized, so labor is saved a lot. 2. Conveying by air can decrease dust and improve the working environment. 3. Adopting high speed roller mill, the productivity is improved a lot. 4. Because of adopting three roller-feeding, the flowing is much smoother. 5. Little investment but rapid result.
Technics:
6FTS-9A uses a 59 style extractor ( a 65 style extractor for 6FTS-12A), a 6F2240 style roller mill (a 6F2250 one for 6FTS-12A), a No.5.5 blower and a set of auto-feeding equipment.
6FTS-9B uses two 59 style extractors (two 65 style extractors for 6FTS-12B), a 6F2240 style roller mill (a 6F2250 one for 6FTS-12B), a No.5.5 blower and a set of auto-feeding equipment.
6FTS-15A WIND TRANMISSION FLOUR MACHINERY is composed of cleaning system and milling system. The cleaning system is operated by a set of complete wind transmission cleaning machine. The milling system is composed of 2260 high-speed mill, four-pole supporting extractor, blower, air lock, pipes and so on.
Cleaning machine of single plant:
The wheat cleaning machine adopts technics of large size flour mill plant. It includes vibrating sieve, dry stoner and dampener. It has a good cleaning efficiency and uses air transportation to reduce labor intensity. It also has unique characteristics, such as compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy to maintain, low noises and steady performance.
