Our furnaces are used to 200-2500 Hz MF power induction heating, power range of 20-7000 kW, mainly used for melting steel, alloy steel, special steel, can also be used for copper, aluminum and other nonferrous metals smelting and heating, insulation and energy and A double-blast furnace operation. Features: 1) equipment small size, light weight, high efficiency, low power consumption 2) lower temperatures around the stove, less smoke, a good operating environment 3)Rreliable melting operation 4) Uniform metal components warming faster, easier to control temperature, high efficiency 6) Has high utilization rate, to facilitate the replacement of species 7) Long arc of magnetic yoke shielding to reduce external magnetic flux leakage and reluctance shielded coil ends of the magnetic flux leakage.
Magnetic yoke cross-section of the inner and outer arc seamlessly keep pace with increased permeability of the effective size of the circle to get a better support. The pros and cons of the unique rotating coil greatly improved the efficiency of the system. Benefits: Constant power output, faster melting, energy-saving effect. With a number of protective measures, such as over-current, over-voltage, current limit, limit pressure, water shortages,lack equal protection guarantee in the rate of melting, under the premise of running the equipment more reliable and greatly reduce the maintenance costs.
