Polysilicon Small Solar Cell (156x156)

Description:
156x156 polysilicon small solar cell is developed on the basis of monocrystalline silicon. It is made from solar grade polysilicon, which is cast as polysilicon ingot through DSS technology, and the polysilicon ingot is processed through linear cutting technology as 156 x156 square polysilicon chip. Through pickling and etching, PN junction, the core of polysilicon solar cell panel is formed at the surface. To enhance the absorption of light, a layer of dereflection is coated at the surface of the small solar cell . By the use of screen printing, the matched silver paste is printed to the silicon chip to make grid lines, and through sintering, positive electrode and negative electrode are made.

Small Solar Cell  Features:
Low material cost and fabrication technology make the silicon chip competitive in price and quality.
Compared with monocrystalline silicon small solar cell the polysilicon small solar cell  is more tolerant to impurities.
Square battery plate saves space and improves space utilization rate of the component.
Mature fabrication technology ensures product quality and efficiency.
Adopt advanced PECVD film-forming technology to coat dark blue silicon nitride dereflection film on the battery surface. The color is smoothly and nicely painted.
Fabricate BSF (back surface field) and electrode with high-quality metal pastes to ensure its conductivity, adhesive force and weldability.
